PrimeXei Institute started in 2021 with one offline batch of 8 students in Bansilal Nagar, Chh. Sambhajinagar. The idea was simple — run small batches so that every learner actually speaks in every class instead of only listening to lectures.
Founded by Kunal Shingane (Co-Founder & CEO) and Arjun Waghmare (Co-Founder & Head Trainer), the institute has now trained 2,500+ school students, college students and working professionals through offline batches and live online sessions.
Today we run 9 courses covering spoken English, personality development, public speaking, business English and interview preparation. Every batch is limited to 12 learners offline and 15 online, with weekly speaking tests and progress reports for students and parents.

Kunal Shingane and Arjun Waghmare start PrimeXei Institute with the first offline batch of 8 students at Bansilal Nagar, Chh. Sambhajinagar.
Live online batches begin for outstation learners. The first 300 students complete their spoken English courses and Personality Development is added.
We shift to our present centre near Ginger Hotel and add Interview Preparation, Public Speaking and Business English to the course list.
Student count crosses 1,200. Free spoken English workshops start in schools and colleges around Chh. Sambhajinagar.
The daily practice batch 'English GYM' is launched and our average student rating settles at 4.8 out of 5 across 486 reviews.

My goal is to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world skills required for success.

I am Arjun Waghmare, an educator and communication trainer dedicated to empowering students through practical learning and personal growth. I believe true education goes beyond textbooks — it builds confidence, communication abilities, leadership qualities, and a success-oriented mindset. With a strong background in teaching, mentoring, and personality development, I guide students in improving their spoken English, public speaking, and professional communication skills.
